Role of the Trustees
The Principal Roles of the Trustees of the International Community Cricket Trust Limited ('ICCT') are to: |

| 1. | Advance the founding Objects and Purposes of ICCT in accordance with its Constitution, charity law, the Companies Act and all other laws and regulations that affect its activities and in so doing to ensure that they remain at all times exclusively charitable and for the public benefit. |
| 2. | Ensure that the assets, resources and income of ICCT are used solely for the furtherance and advancement of its founding Objects and Purposes. |
| 3. | Oversee the policies, financing, governance and activities of ICCT's wholly-owned, 'not-for-profit', projects arm subsidiary, On-Side Cricket Limited - www.onsidecricket.org.uk - and those of any other subsidiary company or organisation that ICCT may, in future, subsequently control, for the benefit of recreational/community cricket clubs in particular; and the non-professional game in general. |
| 4. | Review, endorse, ratify and sign jointly all corporate sponsorship, affinity marketing, and/or commercial joint-venture partnership Agreements and Contracts entered into by ICCT; the Board of On-Side Cricket Limited; and/or the Board of any other company or organisation that ICCT may subsequently control; and, thereafter, to monitor closely the conduct of the contractual obligations and performance commitments entered into by each of the Parties involved to ensure that they are properly maintained throughout their duration. |
| 5. | Accept full responsibility for all corporate sponsorships, donations, income and other funding received under the above Agreements and Contracts and their subsequent allocation to the pre-agreed future activities of On-Side Cricket Limited and/or to those of any other company or organisation that ICCT may subsequently control, in strict accordance with mutually-agreed forecast budget requirements submitted by their respective Boards to, and approved by, the Trustees. |
| 6. | Ensure that all corporate sponsors, donors and partners obtain the contracted quid pro quos, 'RoI' and/or other mutually-agreed benefits properly due to them from their financial support of ICCT. |
| 7. | Accept and acknowledge individually in writing each Gift Aid and Payroll Donation received by ICCT. |
