Currently, the Executive Board of the International Community Cricket Trust (ICCT) comprises the following
Trustees:
Julian Lachkovic - Acting Chairman
Alick Newman - Deputy Chairman
Naval Heeramaneck FCA, CTA - Finance Trustee
Della Rebours – Women's Cricket
Nick Carter
Anita Bastable – Schools Cricket
Jeanne Wilson – Company & Trust Secretary
who have designated a geographic/demographic infrastructure based on 14
Regions for the administration
of the UK activities of its subsidiary companies, On-Side Cricket Limited (OSCL) and the International Institute
of Cricket Umpiring & Scoring (IICUS).
ICCT is an independently-funded organisation that does not receive, or seek, any grants, funding, donations,
or other form of financial support from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the ECB Trust, Sport England,
the MCC, the Lord's Taverners, or the Department for Culture Media & Sport (DCMS). It is, accordingly, a
genuinely independent charitable body dedicated to expanding participation in – and raising the national and
international standards of – recreational cricket.
ICCT is administered and staffed by a team of individuals who, between them, have enjoyed many years' playing,
umpiring and administrative involvement, as well as successful wide-ranging practical 'hands-on' management
experience, with recreational cricket clubs at all levels and, accordingly, understand the fundamental importance
of the contributions they make not only within their local communities, but also to the health and future of
cricket generally throughout the United Kingdom.
As a result, each member of ICCT, the OSCL projects teams and the IICUS BTEC education team, is absolutely
dedicated to the twin causes of supporting recreational club cricket and
safe-guarding its future by offering their help, support, services and resources to the volunteer committee
members of those clubs that are interested in taking up their invitation.
